It’s extraordinary isn’t it! I’ve downloaded and played a bit, but haven’t committed yet to figuring out how to build node on it. But it has huge possibilities.

I’m just thinking now how would that work in practice. Would it be like a VPS set-up — only running locally? Because it wouldn’t (currently) be a desktop like set-up, where the git client, the editor and node pipeline are all working off the same file directory. I _guess_ there could be a Linux prog in ish that mounted a filesystem from the iPad (highly sandbox unlikely though) to allow you to edit the files and them to be auto-compiled by watchers?

But maybe I’m just trying to fit an existing workflow into a new shaped box. I could just as easily imagine a new app/update to an app that specifically fits into an ish-style workflow, auto copying updates in as they’re done. It’ll probably be a race between Working Copy and Textastic!

Thanks so much for responding to the article, interesting times!
